    Brown bears are wild animals. Therefore, there may be cases where you cannot encounter them.
      Please note in advance that we will not be able to refund the experience fee in such cases.
    The boat used for the tour is a small vessel without a roof or toilet.
      There may be times when it shakes or when you get splashed with water.
    If you are concerned about seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance.
      There is no medicine available on the ship.
    Sailing may not be possible due to stormy weather.
      The tour may also be canceled during the tour at the discretion of the guide or captain.
      If it is determined that the tour will be canceled before it begins, we will notify you in advance.
    Please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking during the tour.

    3 days to 1 day before the meeting → 50% of the fee
    From the day of the gathering to after it starts → the full amount of the fee
    In the case of tour cancellation due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.
